Why Manufacture with Euroturbine?

Euroturbine manufactures replacement hot gas path and related gas turbine components through investment casting, high-accuracy machining and industrial coating processes. Typical scope includes blades (buckets), vanes (nozzles), combustion liners, transition pieces, shroud segments and selected combustion hardware — produced to defined alloy grades (e.g. IN738, GTD111 class) with NDT and dimensional inspection before shipment.

Manufacturing Process Chain

  • Investment casting of nickel-base superalloy airfoils
  • Precision machining, finishing and fit-up to drawing tolerances
  • Coating systems (e.g. MCrAlY / TBC) as specified for the stage
  • NDT (FPI/X-ray as applicable) and CMM dimensional certification
  • Material certificates and inspection pack with each shipment
