What is a gas turbine blade (پره) — and do you supply it?
In plant language پره usually means a hot-gas-path airfoil: a rotating blade (bucket) or a stationary vane (nozzle). Euroturbine supplies both as documented aftermarket parts for GE, Siemens, ABB, Mitsubishi and Zorya — with alloy, coating, NDT and CMM in the data pack. Search and RFQ should name the frame and whether the part rotates.
What types of gas turbine parts does Euroturbine supply?
We supply non-OEM hot gas path (HGP) components including first and second stage blades (buckets), nozzle segments (vanes), shroud segments, transition pieces, combustion liners, and bearings for GE, Siemens, ABB, Mitsubishi, and Zorya gas turbines.
What is the difference between OEM and non-OEM parts?
Non-OEM (aftermarket) parts are manufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications using the same superalloys (GTD111, Rene 80, MM247) and coating processes, but at 30-50% lower cost with comparable lead times. All Euroturbine parts undergo rigorous NDT inspection.

What is an LTSA and how does it benefit my plant?
A Long Term Service Agreement (LTSA) provides comprehensive lifecycle management including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, performance monitoring, and planned outage support — reducing unplanned downtime and optimizing total cost of ownership.
How do I request a quote?

What superalloys are used in your hot gas path parts?
We use industry-standard nickel-base superalloys including GTD111, IN738LC, Rene 80, and MAR-M247 — selected based on each component's operating temperature and stress profile. All castings undergo vacuum induction melting and directional solidification where required. Protective coatings such as TBC (thermal barrier coating), MCrAlY overlay, and aluminide diffusion coatings are applied to maximize oxidation and hot-corrosion resistance.
What is the HIP blade rejuvenation process?
Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) is a heat-treatment process that restores service-run blades to near-new mechanical properties. Blades are placed in a sealed vessel, subjected to high temperature (around 1200 °C) and high-pressure inert gas (100–200 MPa), which closes internal micro-voids, heals creep damage, and recovers the alloy's microstructure. Combined with re-coating and final NDT inspection, HIP rejuvenation can extend blade life by one or more service intervals at a fraction of new-part cost.
What NDT inspection methods do you use?
Our quality assurance program covers the full spectrum of non-destructive testing: Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) for surface cracks, Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) for ferromagnetic parts, Ultrasonic Testing (UT) for sub-surface defects, dimensional CMM verification, and X-ray / radiographic inspection for internal casting integrity. All NDT is performed by Level II / III certified technicians in accordance with ASTM and OEM specifications.
What is the typical lead time for parts?
Standard lead time for stocked items is 2–4 weeks. Manufactured-to-order components such as first-stage blades or transition pieces typically require 10–16 weeks depending on alloy, coating, and quantity. Do you provide coating services?
Yes. We offer a full range of high-temperature coating solutions: Thermal Barrier Coatings (TBC) using air-plasma-sprayed yttria-stabilised zirconia, MCrAlY overlay coatings applied by HVOF or vacuum plasma spray, and aluminide diffusion coatings via pack cementation or CVD. Each coating system is selected to match the specific operating environment and OEM specification of the component.
What is RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis)?
Root Cause Failure Analysis is a systematic engineering investigation that identifies why a component failed prematurely. Our RCFA service includes visual and metallurgical examination, fractography, chemical and microstructural analysis, operating-data review, and a detailed report with corrective-action recommendations. RCFA helps operators prevent repeat failures, optimise inspection intervals, and improve overall turbine reliability.
Can you supply parts for older or legacy gas turbine models?
Absolutely. One of our key strengths is supporting frames that OEMs have discontinued or deprioritised — for example GE MS5001, MS5002, Siemens V93, ABB GT13D, and early Zorya models. We reverse-engineer from existing samples or OEM drawings, manufacture using the original alloy grades, and validate each part with full dimensional and NDT inspection.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Euroturbine ships to power plants, refineries, and MRO facilities worldwide. We handle export documentation, arrange freight (air or sea), and can deliver directly to site. Our logistics team coordinates with customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance, and all shipments are insured and tracked end-to-end.
