The sample is evidence, not the drawing

These frames sit on compressor stations and marine packages where the original drawing pack is incomplete or missing. The commercial question is interchangeability from a worn sample, not a Siemens-style part number you can paste from a PDF. UGT-25000 and DU80 are related Zorya-Mashproekt industrial and marine families. They are not a single shopping list. Below are three plant-style cases — the plate versus the store nickname, a worn sample we can rebuild, and three stops where we will not pour — then a filled pack so the job does not wait on the bench.

A catalogue line that only shouts domestic manufacture still needs a heat number, a dimensional report and a non-destructive test — NDT in every shop — before the part is plant-defensible. Write the engine name as it appears on the plate. Write the section and the stage. Write whether cooling holes are present. Hours and starts help if anyone still has them. Industrial and marine packages can differ in duty even when the family name looks the same. Euroturbine prices the plate you have, not a cousin that happens to share a brochure photograph.

Case 1 — The plate says DU80, the store said زوریا

UGT-25000 and DU80 are related families from Zorya-Mashproekt. Related is not interchangeable. A store that bins both under «زوریا» will send the wrong root to the shop. If the plate says DU80, write DU80. If it says UGT-25000, write that. If someone on site uses both names for the same package, send a photograph of the plate and let engineering decide. Do not assume a cooling hole pattern or a fir-tree travels from one name to the other.

A compressor station sends a worn sample tagged زوریا. The plate on the package is DU80, industrial duty, gas generator stage. Euroturbine writes DU80 on the job, not a family nickname. A marine UGT-25000 cousin that shares a brochure photograph stays off this quote.

Case 2 — Worn Zorya sample, geometry can be rebuilt

Reverse engineering from a worn sample is the default path on these frames. Scan the worn airfoil and the root. Rebuild the nominal shape, not the worn shape. Check remaining wall so you do not copy scrap thickness into the new casting. Then cast, coat if the row is coated, measure on a CMM — coordinate measuring machine — and inspect. A trailing edge that has already thinned is a warning, not a model.

The station sends one complete airfoil including the fir-tree root. The trailing edge is thin, but a sister blade or remaining-life logic still shows unused thickness. Cooling holes are open enough to infer the pattern. Euroturbine scans, rebuilds the unused airfoil, designs a core if the blade is cooled — without copying a blocked hole — then pours, coats, measures and airflow-tests. That is the job. A page that only mentions «ابر نقاط» has stopped at hour one.

Case 3 — We will not pour

Stop 1: remaining wall cannot support a rebuild to unused thickness. Pouring the thin edge copies the wear. Stop 2: cooling cannot be inferred — no sister, no old paper, holes blocked and no way to know the intended pattern. Internally cooled blades, including some low-pressure turbine rows, need an airflow gate and a wall-thickness gate. Stop 3: the sample is the wrong stage or the wrong nameplate — a DU80 root sent as UGT-25000, or a marine airfoil sent as an industrial row. Then the honest options are to repair the rest of the set or wait for a better sample.

That refusal is part of the service. Pouring a pretty, thin blade is not. If the only sample is too far gone, Euroturbine will stop the job and say so in writing. That conversation is cheaper than a crate of blades that copy last year’s damage.

What to send so the job does not wait

A pack we can start from looks like this. Photograph of the plate: DU80 or UGT-25000 as the letters show, plus industrial or marine. One complete airfoil and the fir-tree root, even if the part is scrap. If the first sample is too eaten, a sister from the same row. Hours and starts if anyone still has them. Section: gas generator, power turbine, or low-pressure turbine. Whether cooling holes are present. Any faded tag, old drawing, CMM print or shop note that ever had a dimension on it. Job: reverse-engineer and new-make, or repair if remaining wall allows. Photographs of both sides, the root, and the cooling exits. Aftermarket is often the only path on these frames. Time is a casting slot and a coating slot, not a warehouse click.
